5 Self care Tips:

Are you one of those people that don't know how to relax because you may feel guilty for not being busy or feel guilty for saying no.





I was a person that always wanted people to look at me as the nice cool person so i barely was a person that says no until one day I stressed so bad that my hair start to fall out of course I thought what you were thinking "am I sick; do I have cancer"? I had an to realize that my health and mental status came first.


Say it out loud! I come first! 5X
When you do this it reinsure that you have to take care of you first before you can began to give or provide for others

1. Buy yourself some flowers

flowers will remind you that you are deserving buying flowers makes you feel happy sometimes just looking at all the colors and shapes can change your mood. it allows you to take a few moments to place it in your home to brighten up the particular room you love.



2. Take yourself out for dinner

going out allows you to not have to give yourself to other, its just you and your meal, you don't have to explain your day, how you feel, what your plans are; nothing. Its about being served and enjoying your favorite meal.




3. Take a 15-30 day break from all social media platforms

having your an electronic doesn't stress you its the social apps that can drive you up the wall seeing and looking into people everyday lives, yes there's good that you like on social media but when its bad its bad and that can put you in a bad state of mind it can mess up your whole entire day. you can have a electronic and use for good use googling new ideas you wanted to try for the longest.





4. Take up a yoga class

Maybe you cant take a whole day off for yourself, take an hour out your day and take that yoga class let this hour be about you strengthen your mind body and soul.




5. Get a journal

having a journal and writing in it for at least 15 minutes a day can sometimes keep you on track of your goals and help you release things that you may had held in for the week. a journal is a frustration releaser. putting that pen to that paper and go for it.
